Commencing our set up in December 2003 with a deadline of February 2004 to start trading; we had very little time to scour the market and interview potential web designers/partners and this made us more than a little nervous.

We came across Cyber Creative through their local radio advertising and thus our initial introduction was cold and any decision to work with them was going to have to be on first impressions and the quality of their references.

It was evident from their portfolio that their expertise in the real estate market was extensive and the way they answered our initial questions in a knowledgeable and direct manner was wholly confidence inspiring. It was obvious they knew what they were doing.

Although we had not interviewed any other company we decided there and then that Cyber were the right partner for Time and Place. We were up against tight deadlines and we felt sure that Cyber were on our side from the outset, they seemed to know exactly where we were coming from and how important a responsive relationship was going to be to us.

Our confidence was repaid when, within our agreed time line and budget, Cyber fully reflected our ideas and visions in the production of a web site everyone associated with the company is extremely proud of. It was exactly what we wanted and had asked for..

We had made a number of changes to the spec as our own thoughts evolved during the design phases but these were all encompassed by Cyber without any cost or time penalty.

Since 'go-live' Cyber have always been available to ask advice or to make modifications again, always without unreasonable cost or delay. Their holistic capabilities have made designing and hosting our web site a genuine pleasure.
